Since most Soofino products are customized and made-to-order, production begins after your order is confirmed and payment is successfully received.

Processing Time:

  • Personalized products: 1–3 business days

  • Bulk or special orders: Processing time may vary and will be communicated separately

Processing times may increase during festivals, sales, holidays, or periods of high demand.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and destination.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

From time to time, Soofino may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Courier partner information

  • Tracking link for monitoring shipment status

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Soofino is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or contact details provided during checkout.

While we strive to deliver within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Courier service issues

  • Government restrictions

Such delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for cancellation or compensation.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged upon delivery:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Retain the original packaging for verification.

We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.

9. Lost Shipments

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or your shipment appears lost, please contact us.

We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

10. International Shipping

Currently, Soofino may not offer international shipping to all countries.

If international shipping is available:

  • Delivery times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.
