At Soofino, we specialize in personalized and custom-made products such as photo diaries, notebooks, planners, and gifts. Since each item is made specifically for you, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Personalized Products

All customized products are created according to the photos, names, text, or designs provided by the customer.

Because of the personalized nature of these products:

  • Customized and personalized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect photo uploaded by customer

    • Spelling mistakes provided by customer

    • Design preferences after production

    • Delay caused by courier services

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive a defective product.

  • You receive a product different from what you ordered.

  • The printed customization differs significantly from the information provided during ordering due to our error.

To Claim a Replacement or Refund:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, we may:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method.

The decision between replacement and refund will be made based on the nature of the issue.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to appear in your account.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before production begins.

Once customization work has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Shipping Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct.

Soofino is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients

  • Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control

7. Quality Disclaimer

Product colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen and monitor settings

  • Printing processes

  • Lighting conditions during photography

Minor variations shall not be considered defects.
